These are the most commonly asked questions we get. make sure you have read through the policies & agreements and all of the below as it very well might clear up some things for you. if there's anything not covered on either page, please don't hesitate to reach out to us using the form below!

Where are you located?

Middleburg, Florida - between Gainesville & Jacksonville in North East Florida.

Can I visit your farm to select my animal in person?

We currently operate a "closed to the public" farm for biosecurity, safety, and privacy. All available animals are posted on social media and listed on our website so you can confidently choose online. We don't do meet ups until your pick up appointment. Pictures and videos are posted regularly and we're happy to send any if you're curious to see something specific. A calm and safe environment is always our first priority.

BUNNIES - Our bunnies are priced based on their breed, with prices ranging from $75-$600. We currently do not determine pricing based on colorings/markings.

BIRDS - Our birds are priced based on breed, quality, and age with prices ranging from $5-$65.

HATCHING EGGS - Our hatching eggs are available by the dozen and half-dozen with prices varying based on breed and ranging from $25-$60.

I don't live near you. How can I get an animal from you?

BUNNIES - If making a road trip to pick up isn't in the cards for you, we do work with transport companies. It is completely on you to contact them, confirm they're able to pick up from my meet up location, pay them, etc. Once we transfer possession of your bunny to the transporter, we are not liable for the bunny - so make sure you're vetting the company and confident with your choice.

BIRDS - We do not offer shipping for live birds. Currently, we're only providing local pick up.

HATCHING EGGS - Shipping coming soon! Currently, we're only offering local pick up.

How do you handle payments? What's required?

We have CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle available for prepayments. Please understand, we are not able to hold any animal without the paid retainer (for bunnies) or payment in full (for birds and hatching eggs).

What should I feed them? How should I provide water? What about treats? And housing?

I'm unable to make it to the dates/times available for pick up. What are my options?

Pickup dates for every bunny, bird, or set of hatching eggs are listed on each listing and social media posting. Please make sure that works for you BEFORE reserving. If you need a different pickup date, you must clarify BEFORE sending payment. If the date you need is available and agreed to, there will be a $15/week boarding fee added to your total.

If you miss your scheduled pickup without prior arrangements, your reservation and retainer fee will be forfeited and your animal will be offered to the next person in line.
