Purchasing a rabbit from us means that you have read and agreed to the following. 
~ We are an ARBA registered rabbitry.
~ We are currently a CLOSED farm. This means our property is not available for tours or visits. This is for the health & safety of not just our animals and family, but everyone else’s as well. We are happy to answer any questions and we will send pictures and videos to upcoming owners.
~ Pick up in at the Dollar Tree in Middleburg at:
2723 Blanding Boulevard, Middleburg, Florida 32068
~ We raise the following breeds:
REX ($75)
MINI REX ($100)
MINI PLUSH LOPS ($300)
HOLLAND LOPS ($200)
NETHERLAND DWARFS ($200)
~ We are working with fellow rabbitries on creating and perfecting the following brand new breed:
PIXIE REX (Not For Sale/NFS)
~ We are constantly breeding towards the SOP for all breeds. However, we do not guarantee show winning animals.
~ Prices are subject to change at any time. Currently, rabbit prices do not vary by color, sex, or age.
~ A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold a bunny. We will not hold a bunny without a retainer. Babies are offered to our waiting list, and then posted on social media. All babies will be on a first come first serve basis. We accept CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo. 
~ The remaining balance is due at pick up. This is only payable in Cash, unless agreed upon before you paid your retainer.
~ All rabbits come with a pedigree, unless otherwise stated. This pedigree is to NEVER be altered in ANY way. If it occurs later on that something may be incorrect on the pedigree (i.e. the color), please contact us and we will correct it for you and send a new pedigree to you via email. All pedigrees will be correct to our knowledge at the time of sale.
~ No rabbit will leave before they are 8 weeks old. The pick up date for each rabbit will be posted with their picture.
~ If something happens to your bunny while in my care, you will have three options to choose from. You can: (1) receive your retainer back, (2) choose another bunny from the ones available, or (3) choose to keep your retainer as a credit and have first choice at a future bunny. If you place a retainer and simply change your mind, your retainer will not be refunded. 
~ If you don't answer messages and/or don't show up when your bunny is ready for pickup, the bunny will be available for a new home immediately after your scheduled appointment time and your retainer will be forfeited. No refunds will be given. 
~ A bunny can be held longer than 8 weeks if needed and we require an additional $15 per week per bunny to hold.This boarding fee must be discussed and agreed upon before you pay your retainer and must be paid in full up front. We will only board up to an additional month, after which time we will no longer hold even if you offer a boarding fee to do so. Any payments made will be forfeited.
~ If you are purchasing a rabbit that is available for immediate pick up, you must pick up within 48 hours or discuss boarding before placing your retainer.
~ Rabbits are sold healthy to the best of our knowledge, and will not leave here if we believe otherwise. If you ever believe your rabbit needs a vet visit, we are NOT responsible for any vet costs. Though we are happy to help answer any questions you have regarding your rabbit to the best of our knowledge.
~ While I will always do a comprehensive overview and health check at your pick up appointment (eyes, ears, nails, gender confirmation), you are responsible for checking anything else you feel necessary. You are agreeing to inspect animals thoroughly at pickup and accept them "as-is." Any concerns must be raised before leaving. Failure to do so falls on you. You have the right to decline purchase. If you choose to do so, the remaining balance will be waived. There will be no refunds after the completion of the sale.
~ There are no guarantees after departure. Live animals can be affected by stress, transport, environment, care, or illness. We do not guarantee future health, growth, fertility, kit production, show success, sex, or temperament. 
~ Our rabbits are held and socialized since birth, however each rabbit has their own Individual personality. Because of this, we do not guarantee temperaments of rabbits. We do not knowingly breed aggressive rabbits and will not knowingly sell an aggressive rabbit. If there are any concerns we have observed, we will communicate those concerns with the potential buyer before the pick up appointment.
~ All of our rabbits come with a baggie of transition feed. We use FRM Pellets. If you use the same brand, continue to feed as normal. If you choose a different brand, mix the transition feed and new feed in a 50:50 ratio until the transition feed runs out and then continue with your chosen pellet. 
~ Bring a carrier or something else appropriate with a lid to bring your baby home in. Please do not plan on having someone hold your bunny during the car ride. 
~ We do our best to take weekly updated photos and videos for our buyers/new bunny families, however sometimes life gets hectic and a week may be skipped. We apologize in advance for this. If this does happen, please feel free to check in with a kind nudge to remind us and we will send something within 24 hours.
~ If for some reason you cannot keep your bunny, we will absolutely receive it back and find them a new loving home. No refunds will be given. You are responsible for transporting it back to the meet up location listed above.
~ We have the right to turn down a sale for any reason.
~ Though it is never required, if you would like to show your support we would appreciate a review left on Facebook. ❤ Word of mouth is the best! Also, anytime you post about your new little love, we would love to be tagged. It’s a great honor and joy to see these babies grow!
~ Transport: We do work with transports, but setting transportation up is entirely up to the buyer. Preferably, transport will meet at the same meet up location listed above. IF they cannot meet there, we can meet within one (1) hour of the meet up location. There will be an additional $50 fee to meet the transport company. For all rabbits going on transport we will send transition food. When using a transport, the remaining balance on your rabbit/s must be paid no later than 48 hours before they are picked up by transport. Once your bunny leaves our care, we are NOT responsible.
